Stuffed peppers in the oven

Delicious baked stuffed peppers in the oven with minced meat, which you just need to prepare for a delicious dinner.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Minced meat 300 g

Cheese 100 g

Bell pepper 2 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Mayonnaise 1 pc

Dill 1 bunch

Salt 1/4 tsp

Ground black pepper 1 pinch.


Cut the pepper into halves and remove the seeds.

Fold in a saucepan, pour boiling water over and boil for 3 minutes.

In a bowl, combine the minced meat, finely chopped onion, salt and pepper. Add grated cheese and finely chopped dill. Mix well.

Stuff the peppers with the filling, place in a baking dish and top with mayonnaise.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.

The stuffed peppers are ready in the oven. Put on a platter and serve.
