Delicious chicken liver in sour cream, this is a delicate and quick dinner for the whole family.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Chicken liver 300 g
Sour cream 100 g
Onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Rinse and dry the liver.
Cut the liver into pieces.
Fry finely chopped onions in vegetable oil until transparent.
Add the liver and fry, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes.
Add sour cream.
Simmer for another 10 minutes over low heat, add salt.
Chicken liver in sour cream is ready. Put on a platter and serve.
