Rice 50 g
Carrot 1 pc
Onion (small) 1 pc
Bell pepper 1/2 pc
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
Green onions 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Peel the onions, carrots and peppers.
Fry finely chopped onions and peppers in a pan with vegetable oil.
Add grated carrots.
Fry vegetables over low heat until tender.
Boil rice until tender, rinse well.
Add rice to vegetables.
Mix well, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place rice and vegetables in bowls and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
