White cabbage 200 g
Minced meat 200 g
Bell pepper 2 pcs
Onion (small) 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Water 200 ml
Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
Dill (greens) 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Peel the vegetables and rinse well.
Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan and fry finely chopped onion with minced meat.
Add chopped carrots and sliced peppers, fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Add shredded cabbage and a glass of water. Salt to taste.
Cover, cook for 20 minutes over low heat.
Stir and place in deep bowls. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
