Cabbage cutlets with mushrooms

Cooking time 30 minutes


White cabbage 200 g

Fresh champignons 150 g

Semolina 2-3 tbsp. l.

Breadcrumbs 3-4 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil for frying

Carrot 1 pc

Egg 1 pc

Salad onion 1 pc

Fresh cucumber for salad 1 piece

Dill (greens) for salad 1 bunch

Apple cider vinegar for salad 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Peel mushrooms and carrots. Chop the cabbage.

Put chopped cabbage, mushrooms and grated carrots in a saucepan. Add 100 ml. water and simmer over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.

Cool the mass a little and put in a bowl. Add egg, salt and pepper.

Add semolina and mix well our minced vegetables. Leave the mass to swell the cereal for 15-20 minutes.

Make small minced meat patties. Press and roll in bread crumbs.

Fry the cutlets in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.

While the cutlets are fried on a board, chop a fresh cucumber, some onions and fresh dill. Season with salt and a little apple cider vinegar.

Stir and place the salad on a plate, top with the cutlet.

Cabbage cutlets with salad are ready, serve with a spoonful of mustard.
