Potatoes 3-4 pcs

Egg 1 pc

Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp l.

Dill 1 bunch

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Frying oil

Flour 1-2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Peel the potatoes.

Grate potatoes.

Add sour cream and eggs immediately, mix well.

Add the breadcrumbs and finely chopped dill.

Add flour. Salt to taste. Mix.

Put in small portions with a spoon in a pan with heated vegetable oil.

Fry on both sides until golden brown. Put on a dish.

Serve with sour cream sauce. To do this, mix 70 g of sour cream with finely chopped green onions, add a little salt.
