Appetizing potato zrazy with minced meat, very tasty and at the same time simple dish from childhood. And if there are mashed potatoes left from yesterday, it will be even easier to cook zrazy.

Potatoes 3 pcs
Egg 1 pc
Butter 20 g
Dill 1 bunch
Minced beef 200 g
Bulb onion 1 pc
Tomato paste 1 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Basil to taste
Breadcrumbs 1 pack
Lettuce leaves 1 pc
Green onion (feather) 2 pcs
Boil the potatoes.
Heat with oil and let cool. Then add the egg and dill and mix.
Fry the minced meat with finely chopped onions.
Season with salt, pepper, add tomato paste, basil and a little boiling water and simmer until thick.
Squeeze the minced meat in a fine sieve.
Divide the potato mass into equal parts, form cakes, put the minced meat in the center.
Close the edges. Form, roll the zrazy in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil.
Serve on a lettuce leaf, sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
