Meat with bacon and cheese

Not a single lavish feast can do without a meat dish. Meat with bacon and cheese is an excellent option for the main course, thanks to which any holiday will succeed.

Cooking time 1 hour 10 minutes


Pork (neck) 500 g

Bacon slice 5 pcs

Cheese 100 g

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry the meat.

Make cuts into portioned slices, not completely.

Salt well and brush with oil. Insert slices of cheese, bacon, and garlic into each cut through one slice of meat.

Place the meat in a roasting sleeve and close tightly. Put in a mold and bake in the oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees C.

Cool the meat a little and put on a dish with herbs and vegetables. Serve to the festive table.
