Baked ribs with pumpkin

Baked ribs with pumpkin, a real autumn dish. Pumpkin will make the meat taste even more tender and juicy.

Cooking time 1 hour 30 minutes


Pork ribs 300 g

Pumpkin 200 g

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Dry rosemary ½ tsp.




Cut the ribs one at a time.

Cut the onion into half rings, cut the carrots into strips. In a bowl, combine carrots, onions and ribs.

Add salt, rosemary and oil. Mix well and leave for 1 hour.

Peel and seed the pumpkin and cut into cubes.

Place in a bowl and stir. Put everything in a baking bag and close.

Put on a baking sheet or form and put in the oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 200 degrees C. Serve the prepared dish.
