Humpback salmon baked in the oven with aromatic spices is very simple to prepare, and homemade ones will be delighted with the delicious fish.

Pink salmon fillet 1/2 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
6% apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp l.
French mustard 1 tbsp l.
Provencal herbs 1 tsp
Broccoli (for garnish)
Salt to taste
Defrost the pink salmon fillet at room temperature.
In a bowl, combine the mustard and butter.
Add dry Provencal herbs, 6% apple cider vinegar and salt.
Mix well and coat the fish on both sides. Put on a baking sheet with foil, without wrapping in foil, and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Put the fish in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C.
The pink salmon baked in the oven is ready. Cool slightly, cut into slices. Serve with boiled broccoli and lemon slices.
