Dumplings with pumpkin

You can't buy such dumplings in a store, you can only make them yourself. Pumpkin gives a delicate and juicy taste to minced meat. Everyone will ask for a supplement.

Wheat flour of the highest grade 600 g

Water 200 ml

Salt 1/4 tsp

Eggs 1 pc

Pork pulp 300 g

Peeled pumpkin 200 g

Onion 2 pcs

Dill 1 bunch

Red hot peppers to taste

Salt to taste


Sift the flour into a deep bowl. Add salt, egg and water.

You knead the dough. Let the dough rest. Wrap in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Pass the pumpkin and onion through a meat grinder.

Cut the meat into pieces and pass through a meat grinder.

Mix meat, onion and pumpkin. Add finely chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper.

Make sausages from the dough, cut them into pieces.

Roll out the juice. Spread the filling into juices and make dumplings. Place on a sprinkled cutting board.

Boil water, add a little salt. Dump the dumplings and cook after surfacing for 5-7 minutes.

Remove with a slotted spoon, season with butter and sprinkle with finely chopped onions as desired. Serve hot.
