Pasta with mushrooms

Spaghetti with mushrooms and herbs, an exquisite combination that is incredibly easy to prepare.

Cooking time 25 minutes


Frozen mushrooms (cut) 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Olive oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Spaghetti 200 g

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Defrost the mushrooms.

Fry finely chopped onions and mushrooms in a pan with olive oil for 5-6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Dip the spaghetti in boiling salted water and cook until tender.

Drain the water through a colander.

Add spaghetti to the skillet.

Sprinkle with parsley and stir.

Arrange on plates.

Delicious pasta with mushrooms is ready. Can be served at the table.
