Ruddy, aromatic meat baked in the oven, a real New Year's meat feast. This mouth-watering dish will be an incredibly tasty addition to the New Year's table.
Cooking time 1 hour
Pork fillet or balyk 500-700 g
Tomatoes 2 pcs
Hard cheese 100 g
Olive oil 1 tbsp l.
Salt 1/2 tsp
Paprika 1/4 tsp
Ground black pepper to taste
Greens for decoration 5 pcs
Olives for decoration
Rinse and dry the meat.
Cut into slices without finishing until the end.
Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with paprika on top. Insert a slice of cheese and a slice of tomato into each cut.
Brush with olive oil with a silicone brush. Wrap in foil and bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 200 degrees C.
Open the top and put in a hot oven for another 10 minutes to brown the meat upwards. Put on a dish and garnish with herbs and olives.
