Any gourmet will appreciate this recipe. Manty with aromatic pumpkin and minced meat are very juicy and tender.
Cooking time 1 hour 10 minutes
Minced meat 300 g
Bulb onions 3 pcs
Pumpkin 300 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Boiled water 200 g
Wheat flour of the highest grade 3 stack.
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.
Butter 20 g
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Break an egg into a bowl of water, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, sunflower oil.
Stir well and gradually add flour while kneading the dough.
Knead the dough well and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Wash the pumpkin, cut and peel and peel the pumpkin.
Cut into pieces.
Peel the onion and cut it too.
Mince the pumpkin and then the onion.
Mix in one bowl, add minced meat and egg. Stir. Season with salt and pepper.
