Potato wedges in the oven

Potato wedges in the oven, baked with aromatic spices. A simple and delicious recipe.

Cooking time 20 minutes

Ingredients

Potatoes (medium) 6 pieces

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Sweet ground paprika 1/2 tsp

Dried garlic 1/2 tsp

Salt

Preparation

Wash and peel the potatoes.

Cut into slices.

In a bowl, mix potato wedges with vegetable oil, spices and salt and mix well.

Put on a baking sheet with parchment.

Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 7-10 minutes (depending on the size of the potato slices).

Cool the finished potato wedges a little and remove from the parchment.

Put on a dish.

Potato wedges in the oven are ready. Can be served at the table.
