It's easy to grill salmon steaks in a grill pan and have an unforgettable holiday dinner.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Salmon steak 2 pcs
Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 3 tbsp. l.
Rosemary 2 sprigs
Lemon 1 pc
Ground pink pepper or red to taste
Salt to taste
Put 2 salmon steaks on a dish.
Season with salt and pink pepper or red pepper on both sides.
Drizzle 1/4 part lemon with juice and add a few sprigs of mashed rosemary.
Preheat the grill pan well. Place fish steaks in the grill pan.
Cook steaks on each side for 8-10 minutes over medium heat.
Grilled salmon steaks are ready. Serve with herbs and vegetables.
