Lazy stuffed cabbage rolls in a frying pan are an easy way to feed the whole family a delicious dinner.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Minced meat 400 g
White cabbage 300 g
Rice 100 g
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
Tomato paste 3 tbsp l.
Egg 1 pc
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Rinse 100 g of rice, pour 300 ml of water and cook. After boiling, cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
Place the rice on a sieve, rinse and cool.
Chop 300 g of white cabbage into a bowl.
Pour boiling water over and leave for 15 minutes.
Peel 1 onion and 1 carrot. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots.
Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry vegetables for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove and cool.
Put 400 g of minced meat in a bowl.
Add fried vegetables and squeezed cabbage.
Add 1 egg, half-boiled rice, 1 teaspoon of salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Form small stuffed cabbage rolls.
Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan and add cabbage rolls. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
Turn over to fry the cabbage rolls on the other side for 2-3 minutes.
In a bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
Add 200-250 ml of water and stir.
Pour the cabbage rolls with tomato dressing.
Cook covered over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
Lazy stuffed cabbage rolls in a pan are ready. Arrange on plates and serve.
