Meatballs with gravy

Treat yourself to incredibly delicious and tender meatballs with gravy. An original presentation will turn a classic dish into a work of art that no one can resist.

Minced meat 300 g

Garnish paste 100 g

Rice 50 g

Garnish butter 30 g

Onion 2 pcs

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Breadcrumbs 2 tsp

Zira 1/2 tsp

Dill (greens)

Sunflower oil

Salt to taste


Place the minced meat and chopped onion in a bowl.

Add egg, salt and pepper.

Boil the rice until cooked and rinse.

Add rice, cumin and bread crumbs to the minced meat bowl.

Well you knead the minced meat. Make small meatballs from minced meat.

Fry on all sides in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.

Chop onion and carrots into cubes.

Add the onions and carrots to the skillet, stir and add 1/2 cup water, reduce heat and cook for another 3-5 minutes.

Cut the tomatoes and peppers into cubes.

Add tomatoes, peppers and salt to the pan. Cook covered over medium heat for another 7-10 minutes.

Boil pasta or noodles in salted water and season with butter.

Place a serving of noodles and a few meatballs with gravy on plates and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.

Serve to the table.
