Julienne with mushrooms in the oven


Frozen mushrooms (forest or champignons) 300 g

Red onion 1 pc

Bell pepper 1/2 pc

Cream 20% fat. 1/2 stack.

Hard cheese 50 g

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.

Cut the pepper into small cubes.

Add bell pepper, mushrooms to the onion, season with salt and pepper and simmer until tender, pour cream at the end.

When the cream has thickened, transfer the mushrooms to the crockery and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake in the oven at 200C until golden brown.
