Potato pancakes with salmon

Potato pancakes with salmon, an unusual snack made from ordinary products, will surely become a highlight on your festive table.

Potatoes 7 pcs

Egg 1 pc

Flour 3 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Greens (parsley and green onions) 1/2 bunch

Mayonnaise 1/2 cup

Sour cream 20% fat. 1/2 stack.

A clove of garlic (finely grated) 1 pc

Salmon fillet (salted or smoked) 1 ban.


Peel the potatoes.

Grate on a fine grater and rinse.

Add 1 egg, 3 tablespoons flour, salt and pepper to taste.

Mix thoroughly in a bowl.

Shape potato pancakes with your hands and fry them in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.

Prepare the sauce. To do this, mix 1/2 bunch of chopped greens, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 clove of garlic grated on a fine grater.

Put the sauce on the potato pancake and the fish on the sauce.

Potato pancakes with salmon are ready. Decorate with herbs and serve.
