Ojakhuri from pork

Delicious meat with vegetables, what could be tastier. This recipe will allow you to cook delicious meat with stewed vegetables.

Pork pulp 200 g

Potatoes (medium) 2 pcs

Bell pepper 1/2 pc

1/2 onion

Tomatoes 1 pc

Green onion (feather) 2-3 pcs

Garlic clove 2-3 pcs

Red wine 1 stack.

Apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Sweet ground paprika to taste


Cut the meat into cubes and marinate for 6 hours in a mixture of red wine, apple cider vinegar, 2-3 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper and paprika, halved onion, cut into half rings.

Peel the potatoes, chop coarsely, mix with vegetable oil and salt. Bake in the oven at 180C until tender.

Fry the meat a little.

Add bell pepper, chopped into coarse strips, and fry until tender, adding salt and pepper to taste.

Add small diced potatoes and tomatoes. Mix everything and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Sprinkle with herbs when serving.
