Prepare pizza dough. In 250 milliliters of water, dilute 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of dry yeast, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Sift the flour and make a depression. Pour water with yeast into it and stir. Knead well and for a long time until the pizza dough is smooth. Remove the dough under a plastic wrap and let rise.
Prepare the pizza sauce. Blend 400 grams of canned tomatoes in their own juice, 3 tablespoons of basil with a blender, add salt and pepper to taste, juice of 1 lemon. Simmer in a pan for 10-15 minutes until thickened.
Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil with onions and let them cool.
Roll out the dough and place on a floured baking sheet.
Grease with sauce, leaving the sides around the circumference. Cut the filling into thin plastic, cut the olives in half. Put everything evenly on the dough. Sprinkle with cheese on top and cook in the oven at 250C for 7-10 minutes.
The dough should harden a little and the cheese should boil. The pizza with sausage and mushrooms is ready.
