Mushroom hodgepodge in a pot

This tasty, fragrant mushroom hodgepodge in a pot will impress any mushroom lover.

Cooking time 50 minutes


Porcini mushrooms (frozen) 200 g

White cabbage 100 g

Potatoes 2-3 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Water 200 ml

Salt to taste


Fry finely chopped onions in a pan with vegetable oil.

Add defrosted mushrooms and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add grated carrots and fry for another 2-3 minutes over medium heat.

Coarsely chop the potatoes, chop the cabbage.

Put potatoes and cabbage in pots.

Top with stir-fried vegetables with mushrooms. Dissolve half a teaspoon of salt in a glass of water and pour half into each pot. Cover with lids and cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Cool slightly.

A delicious mushroom hodgepodge in a pot is ready. Can be served at the table.
