Potatoes with herring, a simple and tasty combination. This dish instantly disappears from the plate.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Potatoes 3-5 pcs
Salted herring 100 g
Onion 1 pc
Dill (greens) 1 bunch
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Green onion (feather)
Rinse the potatoes well and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.
Cool and peel the finished potatoes.
Cut into halves and remove a little from the middle of the boiled potatoes.
Peel the onion, chop the dill finely. Cut the herring into thin slices.
Mix chopped onion, dill and herring in half rings. Fill with oil.
Stuff the potato halves. Garnish with gherkins and green onions.
