Pasta with sausages in tomato sauce

Pasta with sausages in tomato sauce is an easy and quick way to prepare a delicious lunch or dinner for the whole family or a small company.

Sausages 200 g

Water (for sauce) 120 ml

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 3 tbsp. l.

Tomato paste 3 tbsp l.

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Green onions to taste

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Finely chop 2-3 cloves of garlic and finely chop the onion.

Add onion and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste, 120 g of water.

Mix well.

Add chopped sausages, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook for 3-4 minutes.

Boil 2.5 liters of water in a saucepan, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Pour in the TM "Aleika" pasta and cook for 5-6 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Place pasta in a colander and drain.

Put the hot pasta in the sauce and stir. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Pasta with sausages in tomato sauce are ready. Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions before serving and serve.
