Pasta casserole with minced meat and cheese is a delicious lunch or dinner where you can gather family and friends.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Thaw 400 g minced meat.
Fry the minced meat for 4-5 minutes, add the finely chopped onion.
Add 4 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste, salt and mix well.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Boil 2 liters of water and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes.
Throw the finished pasta in a colander.
Grate cheese, cut mozzarella into slices.
Put half of the pasta in the mold.
Add minced meat filling.
Place the mozzarella slices on top.
Add the other half of the pasta.
Add the other half of the mozzarella.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.
Pasta casserole with minced meat and cheese is ready. Cool the prepared casserole a little and cut into portions. Serve to the table.
