Wheat porridge on the water "Poltavskaya"

Delicious and healthy wheat porridge in water with vegetable oil.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Water 500 ml

Wheat groats 200 g

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/2 tsp


Put the wheat groats in a saucepan.

Rinse with water.

Pour water (twice as much as cereals) and cook over low heat, stirring for 25-30 minutes. Salt.

Cover the finished porridge and leave for 10-12 minutes.

Arrange on deep plates adding a teaspoon of vegetable oil.

Wheat porridge on the water "Poltavskaya" is ready. Decorate as desired and serve.
