Baked meat in foil for the New Year

Meat dishes have always occupied the main place on any festive table. Fragrant baked meat in foil for the New Year will definitely not leave your guests indifferent.

Cooking time 1 hour 40 minutes


Tenderloin (pork) 500 g

Tomato sauce (good) 2 tbsp. l.

Pepper mixture 1 tsp.

Garlic clove 2-3 pcs

Mustard with seeds 2 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 50 pcs

Vegetables (for decoration)


Salt to taste


Rinse and dry the meat well.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry a piece of meat from all sides until crusty. Cool slightly.

In a bowl, combine mustard, tomato sauce, spices and pressed garlic.

Mix well and season with salt. Coat the meat and wrap in foil.

Cook in the oven at 180 degrees C for 1-1.5 hours.

Slightly condemn the finished meat and cut into portions. Put on a platter with herbs and vegetables.
