Stuffed pepper in oven halves - these are bell pepper boats with minced meat and cheese, delicious and original lunch or dinner.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Minced meat 200 g
Hard cheese 100 g
Red bell pepper (large) 1 pc
Tomato 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Ketchup 2 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Prepare 200 g of minced meat, peel one onion and chop finely.
Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Put the minced meat and onion in the pan, cook, stirring occasionally, for 4-5 minutes.
Add the diced tomato.
Add 2 tablespoons of ketchup.
Cut the pepper into halves and remove the seeds.
Mix the filling and season with salt to taste.
Cool the filling slightly and put in a bowl, add 100 g of grated cheese. Mix.
Put the pepper halves on a baking sheet.
Stuff the pepper halves.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
Stuffed pepper in half in the oven is ready. Put on a platter and serve.
