Meatballs in tomato sauce - tender, juicy, everyone likes these meatballs in tomato sauce, cooked on the stove, just fire!

Ingredients
Boiling water 700 ml
Minced meat (pork and beef) 500 g
Rice 150 g
Egg 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Tomato paste 4 tbsp l.
BBQ sauce 3 tbsp l.
Salt 1 tsp
Preparation
Measure out 150 g of rice.
Rinse the rice and put in a saucepan, add 400 ml of water and cook for 15 minutes, until tender.
Throw boiled rice in a colander and rinse with water, let the water drain.
Mix 500 g of minced meat with boiled rice.
Peel the onion and 2 cloves of garlic.
Grind through a meat grinder or blender.
Add chopped vegetables, 1 egg and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Heat 3-4 tbsp in a frying pan. tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Knead the minced meat well with the rice until smooth.
Form meatballs from minced meat with rice.
Place the meatballs in a pan and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Turn over and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste, 3 tbsp. mix spoons of barbecue sauce and 300 ml of water.
Pour the meatballs with sauce and cook, covered, for 20-25 minutes over low heat.
Meatballs in tomato sauce are ready. Put the meatballs on a dish and serve.
