A quick recipe for cooking chicken fillet with slices with vegetables in a pan for any side dish.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Chicken fillet 400 g
Carrots 2 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
Salt 1/2 tsp
Rinse and dry the chicken fillet. Peel the onions and carrots.
In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the sliced chicken fillet in pieces for 5-7 minutes.
Add finely chopped onions and diced carrots. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add water and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Salt to taste.
Chicken fillet with vegetables in a pan is ready. Put on a platter and serve with any side dish.
