Chicken fillet with cheese

Be sure to cook this chicken fillet with cheese. You will end up with delicious and juicy chicken pockets with cheese and tomatoes.

Chicken fillet 2 pcs

Tomato 1-2 pcs

Cheese 50 g

Eggs 1 pc

Breadcrumbs 2-3 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Greens (for decoration) to taste

Frying oil to taste


Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.

Cut into thin slices.

Season each slice with salt and pepper, lay out the cheese and tomato slices.

Wrap each one inside.

Dip in a beaten egg.

Roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Place on a dish on paper napkins to remove excess oil.

Put on a dish and garnish with herbs and hot peppers.
