Pork knuckle baked in the oven is not only simple, but also very tasty. A juicy and aromatic dish will bring the whole family together at the table.
Cooking time 1 hour 25 minutes
Pork shank (small) 1 pc
Fresh champignons 5-7 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Rosemary 2-3 sprigs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Rinse and dry the pork shank.
Rub well with salt and pepper.
Fry in vegetable oil on all sides until a crust forms.
Peel the onions and mushrooms and chop coarsely. Remove the rosemary from the stems and knead it with your hands.
Remove the shank from the pan and add the mushrooms, onion and rosemary. Season with salt and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Put the shank into a baking dish, put mushrooms and onions on the sides and pour the rest of the oil into the mold.
Cover tightly with foil and cook at 180 degrees C oven for 60 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly and remove the foil.
Place on a dish and sprinkle with fresh green onions.
