Pink salmon in the oven with lemon and herbs

Pink salmon in the oven with lemon and herbs, a real royal dish. The preparation is very simple.

Ingredients

Pink salmon fillet 400 g

Lemon 1 pc

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Olive oil 3 tbsp l.

Ground crackers 1 tsp.

Salt to taste

Preparation

The gorubny fillet is well examined for bones and the remaining bones removed. Rub the fish with salt.

In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, a little salt and ground crackers.

Add finely chopped dill and stir.

Spread the fish on one side.

Place the lemon slices on top.

Transfer the pink salmon to a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 15 minutes. Cool down.

Pink salmon in the oven with lemon and herbs is ready. Put on a platter with herbs and serve.
