Pasta with vegetables

Pasta with vegetables is a quick, tasty and flavorful lunch for the whole family.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Carrots (medium) 1 pc

Red onion (small) 1 pc

Bell pepper 1/2 pc

Tomatoes in their own juice 1 ban.

Basil to taste

Spaghetti 100 g

Pickled green olives 10 pcs

Vegetable oil for frying

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Cooking the sauce. Chop the tomatoes in their own juice with a blender.

Cut onion into half rings, pepper into slices, carrots into slices.

Fry vegetables in vegetable oil.

Add finely chopped olives, a couple of teaspoons of basil and half a glass of sauce.

Boil the spaghetti separately, drain the water from them, leaving half a glass for vegetables. Add half a glass of spaghetti broth to our vegetables and stir. Then add spaghetti and mix well again.

Spaghetti with vegetables are ready. When serving, garnish with parsley and a couple of olives.
