Meat casserole in the oven

Meat casserole in the oven is an easy way to prepare a delicious main dish for a festive table.

Cooking time 3 hours


Low-fat pork 500 g

Onion 2 pcs

Slice of black bread 2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Dill 1 bunch

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp l.

Hard cheese 50 g

Raw chicken eggs 1 pc

Vegetable oil

Ground black pepper to taste

Salt to taste


Cut the meat into pieces.

Pass through a meat grinder.

Then skip onions, carrots and bread in the same way.

Mix. Add finely chopped dill and parsley.

Add egg, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and put in a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs mold.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Cover with foil.

Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C.

Allow to cool and lay out, cut into slices. Decorate with herbs and serve.
