Spaghetti with vegetables and soy sauce, a simple and delicious dish that may well become your signature recipe.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Spaghetti 300 g
Bell pepper 1 pc
Champignons 5-7 pcs
Soy sauce 50 ml
White cabbage 200 g
Finely chop the garlic and onion and fry in vegetable oil.
Add sliced peppers and mushrooms. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add shredded cabbage. Fry for another 2-3 minutes.
When vegetables are tender, add soy sauce.
Boil the spaghetti in slightly salted water until tender.
Place in a colander and place with vegetables.
Mix well, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
Keep on fire for a couple of minutes and put on a dish.
