Julienne with mushrooms

Fresh medium mushrooms 5-6 pcs

Hard cheese 100 g

Onion 1 pc

Flour 1 tbsp. l.

Cream 20% fat. 100 ml

Butter 20 g

Vegetable oil

Salt to taste


To cook julienne with mushrooms, we will need to finely chop the onion and fry it in vegetable oil.

Add the chopped champignons in strips and fry for 2-3 minutes. Salt.

Arrange in baking tins or cocotte dishes.

In a dry frying pan, fry the flour until brown, add a little warm cream and stir with a whisk, add butter.

When the sauce thickens, add salt and pour into the molds.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 5 minutes until a cheese crust forms. Julienne with mushrooms is ready. Cool slightly and can be served.
