Baked duck with apples

Create a New Year's mood by cooking a baked duck with apples. Delicate meat, crispy crust and divine aroma will add a little Christmas magic to your meal.

Duck 1 pc

Green apple (sour) 7-10 pcs

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.




Rinse and dry the duck.

Wash the apples well.

Rub the duck well with salt and pepper. Lubricate with vegetable oil. Stuff with apple quarters.

Sew up or fasten with toothpicks.

Cook the duck in the oven at a maximum temperature of 220-250 degrees for 30 minutes, reduce to 180 and cook for another 2 hours. Cover the top of the duck with foil if necessary. Periodically watering with melted fat. 15 minutes before the end of cooking, place the rest of the apples whole on a baking sheet next to the duck, pour over the fat.

Put the prepared baked duck on a platter with apples, lettuce, cranberries and vegetables.

The baked duck with apples is ready. Can be served with the Christmas table.
