Oven baked chicken fillet with pumpkin is a real autumn dish.
Cooking time 45 minutes
Chicken fillet 300 g
Pumpkin 300 g
Vegetable oil 5 tbsp. l.
Rosemary 2 sprigs
Cut the chicken fillet into large slices.
Peel and seed the pumpkin.
Cut the pumpkin into cubes.
Fry the chicken fillet in a pan with vegetable oil.
Add pumpkin pieces, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Put everything in a baking dish and add a couple of rosemary sprigs.
Cover with a lid and put in the oven at 180 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.
Remove from oven.
A simple and delicious chicken is ready. Remove rosemary and serve.
