Chicken fillet 200 g
Marinated champignons 200 g
Potatoes 2 pcs
Eggs 2 pcs
Carrot 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Green onion (feather) 1 bunch
Mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp l.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Boil the chicken fillet and cool.
Boil potatoes and eggs, cool and peel.
Fry finely chopped onions and grated carrots in vegetable oil.
Put a layer of grated potatoes in a salad bowl. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
Place a layer of fried vegetables.
Layer a layer of finely chopped chicken. Season with salt and grease with mayonnaise.
Lay out a layer of grated eggs and brush with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
Top with sliced mushrooms.
