Rolls with mushrooms "Lenten"

Rolls with mushrooms "Lenten", an incredibly tasty dish that can be prepared and not only during fasting.

Cooking time 1 hour 10 minutes


Water 120 ml

Wheat flour 150 g

Porcini mushrooms 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Tomato paste 2 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil


Salt to taste


Dissolve salt in water and add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil.

Add flour and knead the dough. Let the dough stand for 20-30 minutes.

Fry finely chopped onions in a pan with vegetable oil.

Defrost the mushrooms well, drain the liquid. Add mushrooms to onions and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add grated carrots and fry for another 1-2 minutes. Salt a little.

Roll out the dough into a thin layer.

Spread with cooled filling.

Roll up roll.

Cut into small pieces and place in a deep frying pan.

Dissolve tomato paste in water, or simply take tomato juice. Add salt, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil and a little sugar.

Pour into a skillet and place immediately on the stove. Cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.

Sprinkle the finished rolls with finely chopped dill.

Rolls with Lenten mushrooms are ready. Put on a platter and serve.
