Julienne from porcini mushrooms

Julienne from porcini mushrooms is a royal dish that should be on the menu of every housewife. The aroma of porcini mushrooms in sour cream sauce with cheese is crazy.

Porcini mushrooms (large) 3 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Sour cream 20% fat. 3 tbsp. l.

Wheat flour of the highest grade 1 tbsp. l.

Cheese 100 g

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Wash and dry the mushrooms.

Cut into slices.

Fry in vegetable oil and finely chopped onions.

Heat the sour cream, salt and add flour. Cook until thick.

Put the mushrooms in molds.

Pour with sour cream sauce.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 7-10 minutes. Serve hot.
