New Year's salad "Zimushka" is an ideal combination of taste at a minimum cost. Chicken liver lovers will especially appreciate this delicate and mouth-watering salad.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Chicken liver 200 g
Korean carrots 200 g
Pickled cucumber 2 pcs
Red onion 1 pc
Dill 1 bunch
Eggs (for pancakes) 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Provencal mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.
Wheat flour 1 tbsp. l.
Place the chicken liver in a blender bowl, add the egg. Good punch.
Pour into a bowl and add salt, pepper and oil.
Bake thin pancakes on both sides in a frying pan with a little vegetable oil.
Put the finished pancakes in a stack and cool.
In a bowl, cut the onion into half rings, cut the pickled cucumbers and finely chopped dill into strips.
Add Korean carrots and julienned pancakes.
Season with mayonnaise and stir.
Put on a dish and put in the cold for a couple of hours.
Delicate and tasty Zimushka salad is ready. Can be served to the New Year's table.
