Juicy and aromatic pink salmon in foil in the oven for 30 minutes. Delicious and healthy lunch or dinner, easy!
Cooking time 30 minutes
Pink salmon 1 piece
Onion 1-2 pcs
Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
Thyme 2-3 branches.
Lemon 1/2 pc
Salt 1/2 tsp
Ground black pepper to taste
Peel pink salmon, gut and rinse well.
Remove the head and tail from the fish.
Salt and pepper the pink salmon to taste.
Cut the fish and add the lemon slices. Stuff the fish with chopped herbs. Put pink salmon on foil.
Add onions in half rings inside the carcass.
Sprinkle the pink salmon with vegetable oil on top. Top with thyme sprigs.
Wrap the foil tightly and place on a baking sheet.
Bake the fish in the oven at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
Cool the prepared fish a little. Unfold the edges of the foil and put on a dish.
