Juicy, aromatic meat cooked in the “New Year's Feast” oven will decorate any New Year's table. You can marinate the meat in advance, and cook it shortly before the guests arrive by placing it in the oven.
Cooking time 2 hours
Pork neck 1200 g
Soy sauce 100 ml
BBQ sauce 3-4 tbsp l.
Mustard with seeds 2 tbsp l.
Ground ginger 1 tsp
Sugar (sand) 1 tsp
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Ground pepper to taste
In a bowl, combine barbecue sauce and mustard.
Add ground ginger, pressed garlic and ground pepper.
Add soy sauce and stir in sauce.
Rinse and dry the meat.
Make small cuts with a knife.
Spread half the sauce over the meat.
Leave for a couple of hours in the refrigerator to marinate.
Transfer the meat into a mold and bake in the oven at 220 degrees C for 10-12 minutes.
Remove the meat from the oven and coat with the remaining sauce, cook at 180 degrees for 1 hour. Cool the finished meat.
Cut into portions.
Put on a dish and garnish with herbs and vegetables.
The meat in the New Year's Feast oven is ready. Can be served to the New Year's table.
