Pollock baked in the oven with vegetables is tender and aromatic. This recipe is perfect for a delicious family dinner.

Pollock carcass 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Dill 1 bunch
Vegetable oil to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Rinse the fish well, remove entrails, fins, and head.
Remove the backbone and bones, separate the fillets completely.
Peel the onions and carrots, rinse the dill well.
Cut the onion into half rings and fry with grated carrots in vegetable oil. Salt vegetables a little.
Season the fish halves with salt and pepper.
Place the fish half on a foil tin (fold the foil in two layers and squeeze the edges to make a plate to fit the fish).
Put vegetables on the fish.
Cover with the other half of the fish and sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Sprinkle a little with vegetable oil.
Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees C. Drizzle with the resulting juice.
Remove fish from oven. Let cool slightly.
Place the fish on a dish. Decorate with herbs and lemon slices.
Baked pollock with vegetables is ready. Can be served at the table.
