Pasta with meatballs

Pasta with tender meatballs in tomato sauce. Mmm ... A delicious and quick dinner is very easy to prepare.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Spaghetti 300 g

Minced meat 300 g

Egg 1 pc

Tomato paste 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Vegetable oil




Add the egg to a bowl of minced meat. Season with salt and pepper.

Form small "balls" and roll them in flour.

Fry in vegetable oil.

Fry finely chopped onions in a deep frying pan in vegetable oil.

Add grated carrots.

Fry for 3-5 minutes, add tomato paste and 1/2 cup water.

Bring to a boil and place the meatballs in the pan. Simmer for another 10-15 minutes over low heat.

Boil the spaghetti in salted water until tender.

Discard in a colander and season with butter. Put a serving of spaghetti on a plate and top with meatballs with sauce.
