Stroganoff liver

Pieces of liver fried in seasonings under a delicate creamy sauce will surprise you with their juiciness and taste.

Beef liver 200 g

Champignons (fresh or frozen) 200 g

Bulb onion 1 pc

Sour cream 10% fat. 100 g

Processed cheese with mushroom flavor 50 g

A clove of garlic 1 pc

Salt to taste

Dill to taste

Ground black pepper to taste


Fry the liver.

Add onion with mushrooms, finely chopped garlic. Season with dried or finely chopped dill. Salt to taste.

Add sour cream and melted cheese, pepper to taste. Simmer for about 3 minutes.

The Stroganoff liver is ready.
