Homemade stuffed cabbage rolls

This delicious recipe for homemade cabbage rolls with minced meat and rice will take its rightful place in your cookbook.

White cabbage 1 pc

Minced meat 300 g

Carrot 1 pc

Rice 100 g

Sour cream 20% fat. 3 tbsp. l.

Onion 1 pc

Egg 1 pc

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Divide the cabbage into leaves by cutting the stalk.

Boil the leaves in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and let cool.

Put the minced meat, boiled rice until half cooked, finely chopped onion and egg into a bowl. Mix well with salt and pepper.

Place two tablespoons of minced meat on each cabbage leaf and wrap. Place in a pan with heated vegetable oil and fry a little on both sides for 2 minutes.

Cover with grated carrots on top and pour sour cream stirred in a glass of boiled water.

Close the lid and simmer for 30-40 minutes.

Put on a dish and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
